HASH(0x8758eb8)
You have the eyes of a hawk. You're very much aware
about your surroundings and the situations that
you're in. People can't touch your things
because you would immediately notice what's
been touched or what's missing. You can analyze
people's thoughts and actions quite well.
That's good for you. Don't lose that sharp
vision of yours.

WOOH. net is up after 3 days of moving in. the house is still dusty as hell and i'm just tired.
lessee now. hot. yeah. have me own room finally!! whee! can study in air conditioned comfort. and the computer no longer distracts, neither does the piano. its the thought of climbing up 27 stairs to get to the piano that kinda makes its appeal fizzle a bit. but still. nice place mm. close enough to school and 4 years too late :| waag. havent studied properly, am going to fail o levels. the continuous lament of all sec 4s. apart from the confident and the prepared.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH.

oh. and my hamster's fat. as in really, really, really fat.

my maid is a genius when it comes to fixing phones. it actually works now. looks like fortunately or unfortunately i wont be getting a new phone (depending on who's point of view you are on).

Sunday, October 12, 2003

just to let you all know that i no longer have a workable phone. damn rainy sundays.

phone slips, bounces on and through drain grille. subsequent tearing up of drain covers ensues, after which panicked wiping commences. when battery is stupidly replaced after much wiping the thing suddenly connects and goes 'fzzt'.

my parents consider this a sign from god that i should eliminate all distractions. i just consider it a bloody annoyance.

for crying out loud, we lack coin phones in our school.

jack shiny
Duh. You are "But WHY's the rum gone?!"
You're not the smartest one in the bunch, but
you're sweetly appealing and you don't let
disappointment get to you. Everybody
identifies with you, because let's face it, why
IS the rum gone?

dad just shocked me off my chair with the pronouncement that debussy's most famous piece was the moonlight sonata (he meant claire de lune, but still.)

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

and did i mention elephants.

Sunday, October 05, 2003

well. cant really study because dad suddenly got this queen platinum album thing and bohemian rhapsody has been sneaking into my room and wrestling with mozart and chopin.

guess who won.
after what i did for my prelims, this will likely be the last time i'm posting for a while.

rach 2 was nice :) however dennis lee was drowned out for quite a bit :( dvorak was invigorating, so to speak. you can hear the brahms.

rachmaninoff has HUGE hands. the notes he can play are crazy. left hand C-Eflat-G-C-G and right hand (2nd finger)C-(thumb)E-G-C-E. try that and see where it gets you. *grin* see if you can take a photo.

jinin should learn to calm down >? see, it wasnt so bad was it? jinin now happy :) see its good for you.

nyupnyup. study time. goodnight.

am i alone because i choose to?

Wednesday, October 01, 2003

i love quantum physics :) fun fun.

and even still i'd like to see you justify your lie.

Saturday, September 27, 2003

ugh. me being smart, went running for about 4-ish km after sleeping at 4 that morning and waking up at 12 and getting out of bed at 1. fell asleep talking about taking up the saxaphone or something and listening to brubeck :) attempting to get jinin out from under the table is an exercise in...perseverence? futility? oh well. mr cow is solid. really really solid. an effective bludgeon, really.

lets see...concert was. um. well. the pianist was good, but the orchestra...could use some improvement. *sigh* the first piece sounded strained. the horn solo in the rach was...not accurate shall we say? put it this way. jinin was about to cry after the first movement. and we walked out in the intermission. but sherbakov rules.
pop down for gelato and stuff. whee.

mood of the moment - mmf.
music of the moment - moszkowsky - study in g minor

Thursday, September 25, 2003

well. the past few days have been quite interesting. like music exams and all. stupid bartok. at least it turned out ok after 3 days. ah well.

i like fran's house! its got cute hidey holes and a nice grand piano room with a deep deep carpet! oooh. fun :) she's got a musical fish. i was playing from the diary of a fly and it kept watching me intently. the other bigger fish floated up to see what the fuss was about and the smaller fish did a loop the loop around it. amusing, them fish.

ahh. saw nice jazz cds at gramaphone sale, wanted to buy the bossa nova set but its hell expensive. oh well. mebbe get dad to buy it >?

feel bloody tired. mmmmf. nice class dinner, full of pizza. johnny depp is cool :P urg.

Saturday, September 20, 2003
